| Job Description |
: Our client in MA, is looking for a fulltime Software Engineer.
We are currently seeking several Software Engineers with varying levels of experience from recent grads to 5+ years to work on the code generation and core development tools for our digital signal processors.
Responsibilities include:
The development, maintenance, build, test, and release of the linker, loader, assembler, preprocessor and related utilities.
Designing and implementing new features, maintaining existing components, writing automated tests, and supporting end users on technical issues.
Functional and cycle-accurate simulator development and work with processor architecture development teams.
Utilities development and scripting support.
Requirements are
BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
Background in C++, STL, and object-oriented programming.
Experience in scripting languages, particularly Perl, Python, and VBscript.
Additional pluses are
Large-scale software design experience.
Knowledge of object-file internals and ELF.
Assembly language and embedded programming experience.
Knowledge of modern processor and memory architectures.
Background with PCCTS or other parser generation
