Job Description:
Mellanox Technologies is looking for an experienced software development engineer to develop and support our leading InfiniBand products. The ideal candidate will be dealing with state-of-the-art networking technologies and should have strong experience in an embedded environment writing and maintaining network-oriented device drivers in an RTOS environment. A background in 32-bit x86 processors running in industry standard motherboards and PCIe is required. A strong understanding of distributed systems, including remote serialization and very fast IPC is also required, while an understanding of storage technology and techniques would be a plus.
Requirements
• B.S. Computer Science/Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in kernel development
• Experience tuning code to save micro-seconds
• Experience with InfiniBand RDMA on Mellanox HCAs
• Knowledge of high speed networking and storage protocols
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work directly with customers
