Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced senior field application engineer to provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales technical support to customers, enabling them to successfully develop and go to market with products that incorporate Mellanox devices. The senior FAE will work with internal technical support staff and engineering to resolve critical customer issues, and will submit, manage and close customer bug reports. Will also work with Mellanox sales team to introduce our technology into new accounts and grow the business in several diverse market areas.
Requirements
• B.S. Electrical/Computer Engineering
• Minimum of five years hardware design or hardware support experience
• Strong hardware design background, including the ability to comprehend complex designs, perform schematic and board layout design reviews, and understand/solve signal integrity issues
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle and resolve critical customer issues/problems resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction
• Good verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work directly with customers
• Candidate will cover the Central U.S. region. Travel require
