Job Title  : Enterprise Account Manager
Job Description  : Background:

The EAM will be responsible in building ‘lifetime’ customers for our client with our strategic customers in conjunction with our Executives. Strategic customers will be designated by the E-Team based upon size, reputation, scope, and importance to the growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

Provides account leadership for one or more assigned accounts as follows:

• Plans, organizes, leads and drives sales growth, continued account penetration, and customer satisfaction on a long-term, multi-year focus
• Maintains high-level executive contact with account(s), focusing on the establishment and maintenance of a strategic relationship
• Coordinates with Sales, Alliances, Services and engineering as necessary to ensure customer, partner and project success.
• Look for opportunities to increase value to Siperian with new and/or expanded implementations.
• Creates & maintains account plans with the Global account team
• Brings industry best practices and experiences from other customers, providing coaching and guidance, viewing from customers’ perspective vs. Siperian
• Helps create a Siperian ecosystem, promotes the Siperian brand, and works to create enterprise adoption of our products

Requirements/Qualifications:
• Consulting background having sold/implemented packaged solutions, with pull through license revenue.
• Financial Services and/or Pharmaceutical industry experience
• Strong business background, ideally having held an executive function position and managed large scale projects (ideally CDI/MDM). Equivalent to Partner or Senior Manager at one of the main consulting firms.
• The ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (English, French, German, Japanese, Spanish preferred)
• The candidate has to be able to eloquently demonstrate the value of Client Data Management and Master Data Management process diagram and drill down to the appropriate level of detail for the audience. (Must be able to discuss data management, data warehousing, ETL, metrics by industry and process, portal technologies and supporting partner software.)Superior strategic planning, organization and communication skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential
• Thrive in a fast-moving environment, with high tolerance for change
• Travel about 50% with ability to work from home anywhere in the country when not traveling
• Possess outstanding sales communication skills and presence
• Imaginative, articulate professional who can help introduce, develop and promote new ideas into the field organization
• Demonstrated the ability to be a self-starter, work individually on projects and as a supportive team member
• Experience in working with field sales and partner teams of various size and skills a plus

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in related field. Advanced degree desirable
• 5-10 years experience in consulting role with Fortune 500 companies.
