1. Client identifies and defines requirement and communicates with business developer or account manager.

2. Business Developer or account manager will communicate with recruiter and have detailed information such as candidate relocation, candidate status(H1, Permanent Resident, U.S. Citizen), salary range.
Technical Recruiter 3. Technical recruiter searches internal and external database for candidates that match rates and skill sets. Recruiter will also post client requirements on various job boards with out disclosing client Recruiter will thoroughly screen candidate by asking a preset of questions arranged by recruiting manager. These questions will be focused on the core requirement and relevant number of years. Recruiter will also check all references and present all candidate with technical testing. Recruiter presents qualified candidate to account manager.
Account Manager
4. Account manager filters and furthers screen candidates to ensure top qualified candidates. Once candidates have been identified as qualified, account manager will present candidates with a detailed skill set report which will include candidate salary expectation.
Client and Account Manager
5. Client will identify which candidate to interview Account Manager will arranger the interview between the client and candidate. Client should brief account manager on level of interest.

6. Client selects candidate for hire on permanent or contract basis, client will correspond and coordinate a start date with account manager.
Account Manager 7. Account manager will possibly meet with Client managers and candidate for orientation. Account manager will review progress of candidate or consultant to ensure satisfaction.
